Licensed General Contractor and handyman in the Bronx

I am looking for a LIC GC and a handyman in the Bronx. I have a wonderful contractor I use in BK but his prices are BK prices which are about 35-45% more than what we usually pay in the BX. I have a 2 bedroom that needs some attention and the building as a whole needs a little TLC. Any recommendations are appreciated. Thank you.
