Lead abatement records

Hello all hope all is well. Have a quick question. I’m in the process of shopping for home insurance. I was told by a broker that I need a copy of my lead paint abatement notice. Where could I get this or would I have to get another lead test on my house. Thanks

Do you have lead paint violations on record in your property? If you have, you will have to clear the violation and you will then get Lead abatement (record) sign off.
If you did and you have lost it, contact the company that did it and see if they still have a copy.
If you have never had a violation, it maybe that the Insurance Broker is going down the list of what maybe required….
