Keypad Entry

My tenants are asking that I replace my entry lock with a keypad automatic lock instead of the manual door lock that I have, so that they can have packages delivered into the vestibule. Has anybody done this, and do you have any recommendations?

I had a video intercom system installed at my home. Its great. I see the person ringing the bell, I can speak with them and have the ability to let them in with a push of a button. Its great. I also got it hooked up to my phone. Very convenient.
