ISO someone who can do fence repair?

Looking for recommendations for someone who can help repair my fence. For context: my next door neighbor’s tree is pushing into their chain link fence which is in turn pushing a large section of my fence over. The neighbor has given sign off on me to cut down their chainlink fence — so I need someone who can do that + rework how my fence is anchored in addition to replacing several large cedar sections + cutting out the portion on top to accomodate the tree. I’m not looking to do this work myself, looking for recommendations only – thanks!
