ISO Painter/Light Carpenter Certified in Lead safety

I’m an EPA Certified Lead Paint Risk Assessor looking for a reasonably-priced person who is certified in lead safety and can be trusted to follow the proper protocols and clean-up. I occasionally need someone like this to refer clients to for small lead abatement projects. Must have painting and plastering and paint-stripping skills as well as some light carpentry.
