ISO Cast Iron Balusters and Newel Posts for Stoop Rehab (not a historical block)

We are doing our best to restore the stoop with respect but we can’t seem to find a 6′ replica of the Balusters (we need 4 of them) and two matching Newel Posts (pic below). Even the experts aren’t sure what to tell us at this point, we’ve tried the shop outside of Lowes and the place on Stuben. There is one other option, but it is way too $$ ($3,000 for a cast mold). I also used forerunner creations and was very happy, but I did not recommended them in my earlier post since the OP seems to be cost conscious and bespoke cast iron is expensive…

If you want a perfect match, I don’t know of any guaranteed option other than having them cast by one of the higher-end iron work shops around town, but as you note, that is very expensive. You could look around and try to find an existing piece that happens to be a match, but finding it will be more luck than anything else.

Vinnies Italian Art Iron Works on Bergen will likely have them. in stock They replaced one large newel post like yours, a small fence section and a gate for me. They won’t be particularly cheap.
