Is my neighbor blocking my driveway?

Attached is a picture (https://i.imgur.com/eAkRqrk.png) of the front of my house (red line = property line and yellow = driveway). Underneath the trash bags is just dirt. I’ll preface this with, I generally don’t have any issues with him parking his SUV where it is (he’s also a nice reasonable guy), but the other day I struggled getting a Uhaul truck in and out of the driveway because of his car.

Out of curiosity, is he illegally blocking my driveway?

he wasnt home at the time. again, no issues with him. the post stemmed from a conversation i was having with the girlfriend. from my perspective hes blocking it, she disagreed. and it appears i was wrong!

Since “he’s..a nice reasonable guy” why not just ask him to movehis SUV when you have a special need, like moving a H-Haul in or out?

No. Not blocking. In fact, at least in our neighborhood, we’d be positively giddy if everyone gave us that much clearance to our curb cut.

Doesn’t look like he’s blocking it. He’s not over the curb cut. He may be over the property line but that’s not illegal.
