looking at a property that is Is 0.4 miles from a train station is that too far to walk each day?

ha, when i was in my twenties i loved those walks and probably walked a mile to the further train so i could get a seat. now, a little older, it would do me some good but would be work.

it depends on your perspective. we had people from the burbs come visit us when we lived in Sunnyside and they walked two blocks from the train to our house and moaned and complained about the “long walk” – the very same walk my wife and i did twice a day to get to work.

you will stay fit. i miss it.
