Intercom

After forty years my homeowner insurance company Brownstone Agency says I must add an intercom unit to the current bell/buzzer system controlling an electric lock on the front door of my brownstone house. I occupy the lower two floors and have tenants on the third and forth floors. Need a referral for a licensed and insured contractor and any advice about this including the cost.
