Injection Waterproofing in Cellar - Seeking Opinions

Hi everyone! I am finishing my cellar in my BK townhouse with a rubble foundation. Ground water in the rear of the cellar is seeping through the foundation wall and I am trying to find a solution. I recently heard about “Chemical grout injection” as a waterproofing method that enables you to waterproof the exterior side of the foundation wall from the interior. It seems a bit too good to be true, as it is much less expensive than digging out the backyard and adding a membrane to the exterior side of the foundation. So, I am wondering if anyone else had experience with this method and had any thoughts to share.
