How to supersede a Alt 2 permit, contractor abandoned the job?
Hi! My current architect is an amateur and he doesn’t know how to supersede the job to a new contractor to renew our permits that is about to expire. The GC that pulled the permits abandoned the job unfinished and now the permits are about to expire so that my new GC need to take over the job but neither my architect or new GC doesn’t know how to do so. help my permits are expiring 🙁

I just answered under then other tread, but here it is again:
most contractors don’t know that stuff, neither is this your architect’s business. look for an expediter-it’s a relatively easy procedure and painless if your contractor is electronically registered (insurance, bond etc…) with DoB-I believe it costs $100 (unless they changed it)
