How many recessed lights?

I built a 19’X19′ garage. I have 14″ TGI’s for the floor I’m want to light, there is plenty of room for recessed lighting, first I was think about fluorescent lights outside the ceiling but figure recessed lights look better.
Reflector fluorescent bulbs would be installed in the lights, I wonder how many recessed lights to install?

For your area follow this steps :
1- Determine the area per (ft²) of the room that you want to light=19 x 19= 361 ft²
2- Determine the total wattage required for this area by Multiplying the area by 2, which is the average watt/ ft²=361*2=722 W
3- Divide the total wattage by the output wattage of the bulb that you are using or plan to use, so you get [how many recessed lights](http://www.recessedlightinglayout.net/2015/11/how-many-recessed-lights-do-i-need.html) you need.
this will give you the exact number of the required recessed units, after that you have to think how to space your [recessed lighting layout](http://www.recessedlightinglayout.net/2015/11/recessed-lighting-layout-guide.html) the right way
