How do Tree companies take away the felled debris from an enclosed yard?

Do they mulch in place & bag or carried large parts & pieces tree through the house?

when i had my maple trimmed they brought a portable wood chipper and left me a pile to spread around the garden.

I know one family that struck a deal with the house that backs up to theirs because that house had a direct route to the street (sort of semi-detached) so that the wood could get to the street without going through a building, but that is quite rare.
