House vibrates, need advice

Hi! My house is located on a busy road, it is a free-standing 110-year old Victorian house. The road is not in such great condition, and every time a bus passes the house shakes/vibrates (there are potholes in front of the house). The basement looks fine – no visible signs of cracks (it’s unfinished). The house sank over the years and was reinforced about 30 years ago and we just put a steel beam in the basement and sistered new columns next to the ones that were installed 30 years ago. There’s no improvement in the vibration (it was done to prevent further sinking, not to combat vibration). Should I hire a structural engineer to assess whether there are any possible problems with the house? (the house next door, new construction vibrates as well) or should I try and get the city to repair the road? Based on quick google search it looks like these types of things can happen (vibration noise). Just wondering whether someone had a similar experience and what’s the advice. Thanks!
