Home Security with Central Station Monitoring

In order for me to get a discount on my home owners insurance on my brownstone, I need to install a home security WITH Central Station Monitoring. Does anyone have good recommendation that isn’t going to cost me an arm & leg to install?

Perhaps check if something like Ring Alarm is acceptable. Professional central monitoring is only $100/year and the sensors are all wireless and install with double sided tape. You can easily install it yourself.
