Help with Russwin Potbelly Door Closer

I have no idea who to contact for help – I think the closer works fine, but the door mount, I’m guessing its made from iron, is in really bad shape and partially broken, so this heavy closer is being held by 2 screws instead of 4. Can anyone recommend a specific person who has experience with old potbelly closers?
