Help! Water Damage

Hi guys, I have a big issue and I need a help ASAP. I’ve got my basement and one room on the 1st floor damaged by water (the pump I don’t know, has exploded probably). Im looking for a public/loss adjuster, one has just visited me and “is covered by an insurance but you have to pay”. Cmon. I heard about two companies, one is called OES but I cannot find a contact, another one is called MCKINLEY and probably this is the website: https://mckinleycompany.com/ Has anyone ever heard about them? I do not want any hidden costs because I will be not able to pay, my house has the insurance. Thank you
