Help! need an architect for a brownstone reno

We’ve lived in our building for eight years but it hasn’t been touched since the 60s. Needs things like insulation and (maybe) new windows, plumbing, electrical and a conversation about how we’re using the space (currently an owners duplexw two floors above).

Who’s great at brownstones, knows the ropes and can keep us on budget?
