Hello,

I have a subzero refrigerator. The ice machine stopped working and I noticed that the temperature was rising. I shut the ice maker off only and temp goes back down to normal. Is anyone familiar with this problem? Subzero had no idea what was going on with it and I want to be prepared for the service guy when he comes on Tuesday. Thank you.
