Has anyone used LandlordManagement software to manage the application, rental an

d payment process? For years i have used the rent under the door method and physical leases and applications but think it might be time to get with the times. I am thinking of utilizing Cozy or Turbo tenant but wanted to check the forum before I commit. Thanks in advance.

I use Cozy, now Apartments.com for rent payments.
Still use paper leases.
