Handyman/outdoor work

Hello! Does anyone have a handyman who can do outside work – clean and level a backyard? it’s been used as a dumpsite for some years and is overgrown with weeds, which are now dead. But probably need to be pulled out with the roots. And then the soil would need to be levelled. And if it’s not too late to install sod, do that. Btw, can sod be laid in November? Any particular type best for NYC? Thanks, as always, for your input.
