"Good Neighbor" fences

Hi, I’d like to find a cedar fence that is not too expensive, that’s finished on both sides so we can go in together with at least one of our neighbors for a new fence. I saw one option online at Home Depot but not in stock, and nothing at Lowe’s. Any other places to look that might have other options without crossing over in to super expensive custom work?

I’ve also heard that you can use lattice between posts to make something finished on both sides – Has anyone done this? Any other suggestions? Pics of your own?
