Glass Prices

I have sticker shock from shopping for a shower door. Does anyone have a recommendation for a supplier that is a bit lower than the norm? I am even more shocked at how much it is to cut a few glass shelves. Does anyone have a secret supplier, who hasn’t raised their prices yet?

Not sure they are in business, but we had Parthenon Glass on McDonald Ave do our frameless glass shower. Excellent job and good prices.

It’s tough finding items at wholesale prices even though they say “wholesale” they normally arent, they might drop the price enough to seem your getting a deal but you’re not. Even we as Contractors have to continuously keep looking for better pricing either from suppliers and or relevant trades, but never sacrificing quality.

It might be worthwhile trying Bear Glass. However plate glass isn’t cheap. Remember to have the exposed edges of the shelves polished.

try another area not closer, usually more expensive areas will have a higher price variation anywhere from 30-50% more.
