Gas Boiler for Steam Heat available for pick-up

Burnham gas-fired “independence” steam heat boiler for sale after we switched to hot-water heat. The boiler dates from 2005 and works great — heated entire 4-story brownstone. 155,000 BTUs. It’s already disconnected. I have the installation, operating and service instructions.
