Toter makes some good wheeled, hinged lid bins that are sturdy and can even be color coordinated for recycling. Helpful sizes available in 32 and 48 gallons so you can be compliant with new curb set out laws. This option is something like 10% the price of citi bin

I can’t help you, but my daughter and son-in-law have some like those, only flat at the top. They are difficult to use, because the tops are heavy, and one needs three hands, one to hold up the top and the others to open the garbage can inside and put things in. I usually lean the top on my head, which isn’t pleasant. Perhaps a bar that swivels to hold the top open would help.
