Front access gate to cellar

Our access gate to the cellar from the front garden is leaky – any guidance on who I go to for a new one / repairs?

Thanks Steve – I ended up going with Vinnie’s on Bergen St – it’s a slightly raised hatch, sort of like a rooftop hatch, but will be water tight.

umanish: in response to 850mph’s question about ducts, i went ahead and looked at the website for Juniper Elbow or Juniper Industries which is on metropolitan ave over here where i live. they make all sorts of hatches and things (waterproof). i did not explore their website and further than a quick glance and know nothing more.

It is going to be hard to seal that one you have. I have been thinking about suggesting commercially made roof hatches to people but i have not thought this through fully and also realize these will sit high over the surrounding surface and present a trip hazard.
