Freestanding Tubs - Wyndham Collection vs Kohler?

I am choosing between two 60″ free standing tubs. One is from Wyndham collection and about $1K. The Kohler option is $2,736. Anyone have any negative experiences with Wyndham? Is Kohler that much better to justify the $1.7K price difference?
