Floor company recommendations?

My coop apartment kitchen has oak parquet flooring c. 1930 over about 75 ft2 and tile for the remaining 25ft2. I’m looking to demo the tile and replace it with oak lengths to match with the parquet & refinish the existing floor. It is not in great shape and I don’t mind “character” in the end result — but I want to avoid seeing the worn areas go dark while the good areas turn shades lighter than my other floors. Basically I want it to look like it presently does, but cleaner, warmer and with a good surface. And i’m on a tight budget. I’ve gotten three completely different recommendations and feel a bit stuck making the choice. Any forum members have advice, either a recommendation for a local company you’ve used or things I should bear in mind during this project? Thanks in advance!

We had parquet in pretty bad shape and they were refinished to look amazing…used quennsboro flooring,
