Fix plaster ceiling or take it down and sheetrock it?

Ceiling of closet that had leak from tub above. Fix plaster or take it down & sheetrock it? About a 7′ x 2′ area. Click on camera to see each photo.

Personally I’d opt for Sheetrock in a closet, but not on a major room.
