John, I may have an exact or very close matching one, I have quite a few of these in my warehouse upstate.
If you don’t have any success finding one locally post the dimensions and I can take a look next time I am there (it will be after the 20″ of snow we got is gone!).

@fleming Yes, I am looking to sell it! I purchased two original mantels from the owner of an 1880s-era brownstone in Hoboken and then ended up only being able to use one of them in my renovation/restoration. I paid $500 a piece, plus the cost of transporting them to Clinton Hill, which is where this one is currently located. Would love to recoup the $500, which is a pretty fair price considering I haven’t found any similar ones selling for under $1500 or so (and generally they’re listed for over $3000). Hey, just saw this. I’ve actually got an extra arched Italianate top surround without the summer cover. I’ve also got one with a summer cover, but that one goes with an marble mantel from the 1880s (which I’m actually looking to sell, although it doesn’t sound like you’re looking). The cast iron is a bit rusty but it can be sandblasted and powder-coated.

They have a new location close to the old one. I haven’t been there but last time I was around there (sometime in the summer) it was in the works. The website says that they’re open by appointment now. http://demolitiondepot.com/vo/demo/

I can see 3 right now in the backyard of a house being gutted. Not sure what’s gonna happen to them, but I’d guess there’s a good shot it ends up scrapped. That said, I’d be shocked if new york old iron didn’t have any for you. They commonly appear on craigslist and at other salvage dealers.
