Fire Escape Inspection and Maintenance

Hi! Our insurance company told us we needed to have out fire escape professionally inspected and deteriorated sections
replaced. Does anyone have any companies they recommend? Thank you so much!

All Fire Escapes are supposed to be scraped & painted on a regular basis. Smaller buildings seam to neglect this.
Ask a local Iron/mettle work company to do this, if they are a licensed contractor they may well have a license to inspect it, but they will certainly be able to refer you to someone.
