I have got to answer a violation for my landmark brownstone exterior and am looking for financing. Would anyone have any recommendations?

Have you asked the Landmarks Conservancy if you and the repair qualify for any of their programs? The NYC Landmarks commission can give you the current contact information for them.
They are typically for older & or lower income people to get loans to keep their Landmark homes restored.
