Fence Issues

A neighbor has a large mulberry which over the years has grown into my yard and pushed out and warped the chainlink fence. Part of my property is no longer on my side of the fence. I am planning to approach the neighbor to replace the fence . I thought I could get quotes for new fence and send to them. Any recommendations on how to proceed?
