FCO and Closing Date

Hi friends! I am in contract on a new construction in Brooklyn and awaiting a closing date (first time buyer). The building does have it’s FCO (got it in October of last year) but I was told we’re still waiting on one more approval from the city before closing can begin. Does anyone have any idea what that “one more approval” might be? I was under the impression that the FCO was the final final. I can of course go back and ask my agent, but I wanted to hear from this wise community first as I’m concerned everyone may not be being totally truthful….
