Facade violation

We received a facade violation when inspectors, responding to a violation request next door (the husband called it on his wife’s property) looked at our place and put a violation on us, too. I do not dispute that work needs to be done. The question is, how much. The inspector we spoke with says that patching ought to take care of most of our problem, and maybe he’s right, but I need to speak to a contractor I can trust not to gouge me. The facade is limestone, and a portion of the side brick wall. Would anyone be able to give me names?

Also, if anyone is familiar with the summons that they give, I would appreciate guidance as to what the fees and deadlines are. I am willing to go to the Dept. of Buildings if that is the best way to get clarity. I would appreciate any guidance anyone can give.

Excellent does very good work from what I have seen. Edson’s work stands up better that some others and that’s why I was curious if anyone had used them recently (post-new ownership) as there have been more complaints recently about quality.
