Facade Restoration

There have been many posts over the years about brownstone facade renovations, but I’m wondering if anyone has recommendations and views on what’s a reasonable cost based on recent experiences. We are in the process of getting bids and reviewing prior projects. Prices and work quality are all over the place.

Specifically, I would love any feedback on the following:

– Excellent Contracting
– Amin Home Improvement
– A. Malek
– Z. Abedin
– Define Contracting

Are there others you would recommend based on your experience?

Lastly, I have been trying to reach José Gonzalez Restoration, but the phone number I have for him doesn’t work anymore. He has done some great facade work around Brooklyn and people seem to love him, but maybe he is no longer working. If anyone has his contact info, I would be most grateful if you could pass it on.
