Would appreciate a metal fabricator that can make a glass room divider with doors for a loft. I have been trouble finding or looking up one in the city. Picture attached for reference. perhaps in a purely technical way it may be but c’mon man you do not need to pull a permit and get an engineer and architect to put up a room divider! and sure it may not create a legal bedroom but then just call it an office. and you can easily build it around sprinklers or ventilation.

After conversion, there must be a living room of (usually) 150 square feet in the apartment.
