Exterminator need for mice issue

Can someone recommend an exterminator? Please give me details on what they did for you, why you recommend them vs other companies and cost. We been hearing some mice in the ceiling of our bedroom closet. Above the closet is our kitchen refrigerator and next to it the stove. We put glue and wooden traps but have no luck catching them.
