Exterior painting for a 4 story condominium

Hi
We are looking for the painting professional to repaint our facade of the building. We are a small condominium of 4 story. Does anyone have recommendation?

The problem with this is there are not many true painting contractors left. The people painting now are not really painters and aside from not having all of the requisite skills, they are lacking insurance which the readers on here know a condo will require. So while all of us know someone who can figure out how to paint this, finding a company will not be easy.
