exposed edge plywood cabinet specialist?

I’m interested in finding local cabinet makers who do high-quality work with cabinet grade plywood. Love Kerf Design in Seattle — http://kerfdesign.com/ — but pricey and high shipping costs of course. Full cabinets and/or faces for kitchen with EuroPly, ApplePly, or the like. Much appreciate recommendations from end users!

Here you go Robert, just to give a sense of scale the floor to ceiling built-in is 10′ plus tall. I think getting consistent quality in just about all building materials obtained from nature has become increasingly more challenging. Strained resources and manufacturing standards squeezed by globalization play a part.

Hi, thanks for your reply. I know flatness can be a big problem with lower grade plywood but is it really an issue with the higher-end, cabinet grade versions? I’d love to see what you’ve done. Can you post a few pix?

Robert, I’m also a fan of exposed edges as per the Europly look but one has to be careful with the material especially for doors. Flatness is a real concern over time. Exposed plywood edges for the boxes and inset veneer MDF doors would be a good combination to have the best of both worlds. If you’re interested I can send you photos of recent built-in work with exposed edges.
