Excellent handyman needed

Hi, our longtime handyman is MIA and I need to find a new one who can help with a variety of tasks in our rental properties. First off, I need someone who can build/hang a screen door, and fix or replace a shower faucet. Have someone to recommend? I need someone whose English is good. TIA.

He has been my maintenance manager on an independent, self employed basis for more than 15 years. Everything that needs repairs etc. he takes care of it or brings in an electrician, plumber, boiler guy, mason etc as needed. He is primarily a carpenter by trade, he has changed windows, restored historic front doors.
He has keys to all my tenants apartments, so it makes scheduling easier and all my tenants love him & trust him.
He takes care of painting, cleaning, floor sanding ( he has a floor guy) replacing kitchen cabinets etc with turning vacancies around quickly.
I am slowly selling off and down sizing, which is the only reason I am recommending him and he will have more time to work for other respectful landlords.
Most of his current clients are Fort Greene, Clinton Hill, Bed Sty.
He is still working for me and will do as long as he wants to.

What neighborhood? as you know most of the better ones do not move far out of their territory… so that they can use their time well and keep prices down.
