Excellent Floor professional

I’d like to recommend Carlos Salazar for his expert floor repair and refinishing. The street level of my brownstone was very beat up after 15 years since installation – wear and tear plus different areas of water damage, including a discolored and warped floor from a tenant’s broken A/C. I did my homework, got 4 estimates and chose Carlos because he laid out several options depending on the condition of the floors after a first sanding. It turned out that they just needed sanding and some minor repairs from wood filler but as part of his price, he had offered to replace boards if needed. Because of his expertise, he could come in with a lower price than others who estimated significant repairs and replacement in parts. The floors came out just perfect.
