Elevated paver patio over large stump
I’m having a giant poplar tree removed from my backyard right now. It will cost additional $$$ to remove the stump completely. Is it possible to build a raised paver patio right over the stump if they can get it low enough? If so, any reason why I shouldn’t do this? Dork, they dug out huge stump and wheeled it thru my narrow home miraculously to a truck
with the rest of tree logs!!! It was a huge tree that toppled over in backyard several Yrs ago after it rained non stop for a week!!

i saw someone do what dork says using a long demo blade. i have to remove a stump once that was in the diameter of 30″ and i bought a new $150 chainsaw and two extra chains and went to work on it. it took 3 or 4 hours but we got it done.

I cut out a few stumps with a sawzall with a raw wood blade and a long crowbar and shovel. And a car jack. Not saying i would do it again but if you need a nice workout, just go slowly. Or hire a day laborer and assist.
