Electrician for small fixes and small solar battery issue?

Hey folks, I’ve reached out to a few mentioned in old posts but have not heard back from anyone. We have some tiny standard stuff and one somewhat odd thing I need help with. The solar battery is on the roof and powers wires to keep pigeons off the front of the house and seems to not be working now. Any of you up for this or have solid rec’s for someone you’ve used recently?

I know nothing about solar batteries and how specialized that work is, but for general electrical, I can highly recommend Paul Laidlaw, who may be one of the ones you’ve already tried from here. DBA Lidmar Electric, 917-939-4956. When we had a small but serious emergency last winter and Paul was out of town, a friend gave us the phone number of Steve, whose last name I realize I still don’t have. He came right over and solved it quickly and reasonably. 917-282-6566. My understanding is that he has a full-time job with a city agency so is only available after hours and weekends, but I’m not sure about his schedule.
