Dryer Vent Line Cleaning

Can anyone recommend someone to clean out and possibly troubleshoot a dryer vent line? Can a handyperson do this, or is it more specialized? My dryer vents to the roof, and when I went up there I noticed there seems to be lint lining the vent, and my dryer’s display panel is indicating the duct is partially clogged. So, time to get it cleared out, and see what’s causing the problem. The dryer and ductwork are about 3-4 years old.

You really need to do this every 1-2 years at most. Buildup can cause a lint fire in the duct!
