DOB filing costs question

What should a full DOB filing with plans, permits, etc run for a studio apartment where just the kitchen and bathroom are being redone, no actual layout change. Just swapping new stuff and redoing the floors. Including the xpediters help as well. Thx

Not enough info to say. Is this in Brooklyn, Manhattan or somewhere else? Coop/Condo building or private house? What you described could cost 8k or could cost 20+k. Make sure to account for things like an asbestos inspection and special inspections for signoffs if needed.

You only need plumbing permits if you are changing the footprint. ie, if all appliances/fixtures staying in the same place, no need to file. All cosmetic upgrades do not need to be filed.

If you are replacing plumbing fixtures, replacing tile and changing kitchen cabinets and redoing floors, you may not need to file so long as you are not moving walls or doors or others types of construction work that impact the building as a whole. You might need an electrical permit if you are upgrading electrical.
