cracked. cement

City workers have done a number on our little front yard patio area, cracking the cement inside and under our fence while installing one of those new rubber ramps in the curb (which is a good thing! But destroying our property is not.). We need an estimate ASAP to repair the concrete so we can file a claim. Any suggestions welcome. Also, if anyone has experience with wrangling the city to pay this kind of damage we’d also love to hear advice. Thank you!
