Cost of sprinkler inspections?

This has been brought up a few times but I couldn’t find a comprehensive list of inspections required for sprinklers and the estimated cost of getting it done. From what I gathered from previous posts, there are three tests required:
1) S-12 Certificate of Fitness – required monthly. Cost: approx. $1000/year if hiring a plumber or free if the homeowner gets certified at MetroTech to perform the test.
2) RPZ / Backflow preventer – required annually, must be performed by licensed plumber. Cost: approx. $230/year
3) VC-20 FDNY Flow Test- required every 5 years, must be performed by licensed plumber in presence of FDNY. Cost: $1,200
Is the list and costs above accurate/complete and does your homeowner insurance require proof of testing for coverage?

I would like to add a basement laundry room with a gas dryer for use with a unit its connected to. However, I’m being told because it’s a multi-family, the laundry room will need to have a single sprinkler head. P roperty has no sprinklers now and I’ll like to determine if it’s worth the ongoing maintenance costs and effort to add them, especially if its only needed for a laundry room / single dryer.

also, the flow test should cost less than 500 each 5 years
