Cost of restoring original interior wooden shutters and surrounding wood

Does anyone have a ballpark as to what it could cost to restore original interior wooden shutters for two street-facing windows in a landmarked building, including the wood paneling around the shutters and the window/window sill. Hoping to do this without replacing the windows themselves. Thank you.
