Cost for window box installation

I recently purchased iron window boxes weighing approximately 20/25 lbs. I looked on the forum for recommendations on anyone who installs window boxes. After contacting one of the companies I was just quoted a price of $150 per box for installation, which seems really expensive to me (especially considering I have 5 to install). Does this seem reasonable? I am torn between hiring a company that specifically installs window boxes for a hefty fee, or by hiring a regular contractor with the risk that they may not be installed properly. Thoughts?

Not quite accurate cmu. You WILL continue to be able to sit on stoops in Historic Districts IF you wear an historically correct costume, pre-approved by the LPC. In most cases costumes may be approved at the staff level, a hearing only being required when the wearer is >4″ taller than the mean height for the population at the time the house was built.

We had custom ones made by flowerwindowboxes.com and they were decently priced. We had them installed by the contractor when redoing the facade

Following! I was recently given the advice here on this forum to add these flower boxes to spruce up the front of my house, and as much as I liked the idea, the cost seemed oddly high when I did the quick search for purchase and installation.
